EASY CREAM CHEESE FILLED CUPCAKES
1 box cake mix
Make cake mix according to package for 24 to 30 cupcakes. Any flavor
works (fill 2/3 full).
FILLING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
Beat filling ingredients together (mix in 1 cup chocolate chips if
desired). Drop teaspoonfuls in unbaked batter cupcakes. Bake cupcakes according
to package instructions.
