Milky Way® Cake
Ingredients
8 miniature Milky Way® bars
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup chopped nut meats
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 300º F. (150º C). Melt Milky Way bars and 1 stick
of butter in a saucepan. Cream other stick of margarine with sugar. To
butter and
sugar, add eggs, 1 at a time. Combine flour and soda and add to creamed
mixture. Then add buttermilk, chopped nutmeats and vanilla. Stir in
Milky Way
mixture. Bake in a greased and dusted 9x13" pan at 300° F. for 1 hour.
Frost with your favorite icing.
