Creamy Mushrooms

        Over medium high heat in 1 teaspoon oil, cook 10 oz. mushrooms,
sliced, 1 medium onion thinly sliced and 3/4 teaspoon salt until
golden and tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 1/2 cup light sour
cream and 1/4 cup water. Heat through.

        Serve over chicken.
