Smoked Sausage and Rice Jambalaya

When you're in a hurry, use 1  pound of smoked cocktail sausages instead of 
cutting up a large smoked  sausage into 2-inch pieces.

Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray
1  pound smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
l/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup  sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 (28-ounce) can whole  tomatoes, undrained and chopped
3 cups cooked rice
l/2 teaspoon garlic  powder
l/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Coat  a large skillet with cooking spray. Saute sausage, onion, celery, and 
green  pepper in skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sausage 
is  browned and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and remammg 
ingredients.  Cook an additional 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly 
heated, stirring  frequently. Serve immediately.
