Slow Cooker Roast Beef Hash
 
1 large onion chopped
2 lbs. top round beef,cut in 1/2 inch pieces
salt and pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix 
1 cup water
3 1/2 cups frozen potatoes O'Brian with onions and  peppers
1 cup frozen sweet peas.
 
 In a 4qt. cooker layer onions,beef salt and pepper,and gravy  mix, add 
water. Cover and cook on low for 9 hours. Meanwhile thaw the potatoes  in the 
fridge. 30 mins before serving stir in the thawed potatoes and the frozen  
peas. 
Increase heat to high,cover and cook for 25 to 30 mins, till potatoes and  peas 
and tender.
