LOUISIANA HOT DOGS

3 lb. hot dogs
1 (4 oz.) bottle Louisiana  hot
sauce
2 (12 oz.) cans beer

Cut hot dogs into bite-size pieces.  Mix with hot sauce
and beer. Stir all together and cook until beer is  evaporated,
about 90 minutes on low to moderate heat. Serve with  tooth-
picks as a snack food.
