Italian Herb Seasoned Vegetables
1 14-1/2-oz. can Swanson Seasoned Chicken Broth with Italian Herbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 c. cut-up vegetables
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, heat broth, garlic powder
and vegetables to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes
or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain. Sprinkle with cheese.
Serves 4.
