Hot Drink - Amaretto Tea Ingredients: 20 cl / 7 oz 1 tsp 4 cl / 1,5 oz 50g / 1 2/3 oz black tea brown cane sugar Amaretto whipping cream Serves 1 - 306 cal per serving Prep-time: 10 min. - Total-time: 10 min. Brew black tea with boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes until strong. Pour 20cl / 7oz / approx. 1 cup tea in a pre-heated punch glass and stir in the brown sugar. Add the Amaretto (Amaretto is an Italian almond liqueur). Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and top the tea with 2 tbsp whipped cream. Serve hot.
