Hot Drink - Cream Punch 
Ingredients:
1/8 l / 1/2 cup
50 g / 1 2/3 oz
1
6 cl / 2 oz
cream
sugar
egg yolks
rum
Serves 1 - 974 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 15 min. 
If eggnog is one of your favorites you will love this one. The cream
punch is rich in content but served once a year it will be special
treat. Fill a little bit of water in a small pot. Put a fitting bowl on
top of the pot. In the bowl combine sugar, cream and egg yolk. Heat the
water. Just heat the cream; do not bring to a boil. Otherwise the egg
yolk will start to curdle. Whisk the cream until frothy. The cream will
become frothy if it reaches the right temperature. Carefully add the rum
to the mixture, continuously stirring. Serve the cream punch
immediately.
