Advents-Tiramisu 
Ingredients:
100 g / 3 1/3 oz
125 g / 4 1/2 oz
125 g / 4 1/2 oz
50 g / 1 2/3 oz
5 g / 1 tsp

200 g / 6 2/3 oz
whipping cream
mascarpone cheese
Quark
sugar
vanilla sugar
spekulatius
frozen berries
Serves 3 - 528 cal per serving
Prep-time: 10 min. - Total-time: 120 min. 
A frozen berry mix containing cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries,
blackberries, currants and woodstrawberries is best for the
Advent-Tiramisu. Before serving refrigerate the Advents-Tiramisu over
night or at least for 4-5 hours, so the cookies have time to soften.
Whip the cream. Stir together the mascarpone, quark (see quark recipe in
categorie dips) sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the whipped cream. Fill
1 tbsp mascarpone cream in each dessert bowl (makes 3 servings). Top
each with 1 1/2 spekulatius. Cover the cookies with the frozen berries
and finish with the rest of the cream. On top put 1 spekulatius per
dessert bowl for decoration. Refrigerate over night or at least for 4-5
hours. If desired dust the Advent-Tiramisu with powdered sugar before
serving. If you like to prepare the Advent-Tiramisu for several people
just double the recipe and prepare in a baking dish or shallow bowl.
