Crock Pot Barbecued Pork and Beans
2  lbs.  boneless pork, cut into 1" cubes   1  c.  chopped green bell pepper  
 ½  c.  chopped onion   18  oz.  barbecue sauce, bottled   32  oz.  baked 
beans, drained 
Mix pork, green peppers, onion and 1 cup of barbecue sauce in a 3 quart crock 
 pot. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours (high 4 - 5 hours). Pork should be 
very  tender. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce and beans. Cook an additional 30 
 minutes.
