        Crock Pot Pork Loin 
       

        1 pork tenderloin, cubed, about 1/2" thick
        1-14 oz. can beef broth
        1 small onion, sliced
        1 large Poblano pepper, chopped
        8 large slices beef mushrooms
        1 tsp. garlic powder
        1 tsp. black pepper
        cooked brown rice or white if you prefer 

       
        Directions:
        Place all ingredients but the rice in the crock pot. Make sure you 
place the pork on the bottom. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Stir 
before serving. Serve over rice
