Pumpkin Walnut: 1-box wht. cake mix, 1-stk. marg., 4-egg whts., 1-sm. can rtu. pumpkin mix, 1-sm. pkg. crushed walnuts, and cinn., mix the mix according to box, replace the water w/ milk, use 4 egg whts, add marg., 1/2 bag of walnuts, 1/2 can of pumpkin mix, sprinkle in cinn., blend until very thick, pour into sprayed BUNDT pan, bake according to box, let cake cool, when cake has cooled, place on to cake plate, icing w/ 1-can cream cheese icing, sprinkle w/ walnuts & cinn., Curl up with a warm blanket, sultry tune on the stereo, and enjoy a slice of cake.
