MINCEMEAT COOKIES
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. quick oats
1 c. mincemeat
1 1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
Combine ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet
immediately.
