MINCEMEAT COOKIES
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
4 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. mincemeat
Mix all ingredients together. Form into a roll. Chill thoroughly. Slice
and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
