ANNE'S MINCEMEAT COOKIES
3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 well - beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mincemeat
1 c. walnuts
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add 1/2 dry
ingredients and mix well. Add mincemeat and nuts and mix well. Add remaining
dry ingredients; mix. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
