Creamed Egg Crepes 2 cups cream sauce (see recipe in previous post, or your homemade cream sauce) 6 hard boiled eggs 1 cup diced ham, bacon or sausage 1/2 t. salt 1 recipes basic crepes Prepare cream sauce. Add diced eggs, meat and salt. Spoon onto crepes & roll. Makes 8 crepes. Source: Unknown
