TOFFEE CANDY   

      1 "row" saltine crackers
      1 c. butter
      1 c. brown sugar
      1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
      1/8 tsp. baking soda
      1/2 c. chopped nuts

      Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Line bottom with the 
saltine crackers. Melt butter in a pan and add brown sugar. Bring to a boil 1 
minute and stir in baking soda. Pour over top of crackers. Bake at 375 degrees 
for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips over top and smooth them 
out. Sprinkle nuts on top. Let it sit overnight. Crack it apart to serve.
