THANKSGIVING TURKEY   

      Prepare your Thanksgiving turkey the night before by cleaning your turkey 
and adding salt and pepper to the cavity. Mix together equal parts of 2 garlic 
cloves, cumin, oregano, salt, lime juice, orange juice, pepper to make a juicy 
paste. Rub half of this mixture underneath the skin. 
      Cut butter into pats, place under the skin - including the legs. (If the 
butter slides down overnight, push back into place before baking.) Rub the 
outside of the turkey with the remaining spicy paste. Cover and refrigerate 
overnight. Roast turkey according to package directions.
