HORSERADISH RING MOLD
   1 package (3 ounces) lemon jell-o
   1 cup boiling water
   1 teaspoon vinegar
   3/4 teaspoon salt
   1 jar (5 ounces) horseradish
   1 cup whipped cream
   Dissolve
 jell-o in boiling water; let cool for 10 minutes. Add balance of ingredients; 
pour
into ring mold and refrigerate. Excellent with prime rib or corned beef.
