Baked Pineapple Casserole 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 eggs beaten 1- 20-oz can crushed pineapple, 2 eggs beaten with juice 1/8 cup butter 1 cup white bread cubed Mix vanilla, sugar, flour, eggs and pineapple together. Saute bread in melted butter until golden brown. Add bread to mixture. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
