Potato Casserole 5 baking potatoes 2 cups cheese, grated 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/2 cup butter, melted Skin and boil potatoes until tender but not too cooked. Grate. Add other ingredients and bake in buttered casserole for 1 hour at 200, covered
