CHERRY PEPPER POPPERS Elaine from Lincoln, Nebraska That's Husker Country...Corn...BIG RED...Tailgaters!!! Pickled cherry peppers, red or green or both, hot or mild or both. Twist out the center and stem, which should get most of the seeds. Scoop out remaining seeds. Fill with Italian meatball mix, or what ever. Sauté in red sauce of your choice. Serve as an appetizer, or in place of meatballs with spaghetti. Oh, rinse the vinegar off before stuffing.
