Teriyaki Flank Steak 1 flank steak 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp vinegar 3/4 tsp grated fresh ginger Marinate steak several hours. Broil or grill 5-10 minutes each side. Slice steak across the grain in strips about 1/2 inch wide.
