Butterscotch Brownies
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups   brown sugar (packed)
2/3 cup       butter or margarine (softened)
2            eggs beaten
2 tsp.    vanilla extract
1-1/3 cups   each quick cooking rolled oats, flour
3/4 tsp.       each salt, baking soda 
2 cups   each butterscotch chips, chopped nuts <your choice>
Directions:
       Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C).  In a large
mixing bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.  Add eggs and
vanilla and blend well.  Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 
Spread into greased 9x13" baking pan.  Bake 25 minutes at 350º F. 
Cool.  Cut into bars.  Makes 52 bars 2-1/4x1"
