CANDY EASTER EGGS
2 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cherry juice
Chopped maraschino cherries
Coconut
Nuts, chopped
Semi-sweet chocolate suitable for candy making
Cream together sugar and butter. Add vanilla, juice, cherries, coconut and nuts.
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip eggs in chocolate. Refrigerate.  Enjoy.
