Creole Fried Chicken

6  5 ounce chicken breasts,  boneless and skinless
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup buttermilk
1  teaspoon Creole seasoning Tony Chacheres, or any Cajun Spice you find at 
the  store. 
salt and pepper

Combine Creole seasoning and corn flake  crumbs. Dip chicken in buttermilk 
and roll chicken in crumb mixture. Place  chicken in baking dish and bake at 
375F for 1  hour.
