OVEN CORNED BEEF HASH

1 pkg. hash brown potato cubes
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 can corned beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. Velveeta cheese

Lightly brown and place in casserole dish hash browns, onion, salt and 
pepper. Crumble
the can of corned beef on top.
In a saucepan heat milk, Carnation milk, soup and cheese. Pour over potatoes 
and
corned beef. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour (covered). Remove cover and brown 
15 to
20 minutes.
