Mexican Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe uses  cornbread.

Ingredients
3 C. cooked diced chicken 
1 20 oz. jar of  salsa 
1 can corn, drained 
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese 
1/2 C. sour  cream 
2 tsp. cumin 
1 tsp. garlic powder 
1 box of Jiffy corn bread  mix

Directions
Cook chicken and dice. Add the salsa, corn, cheese, mix  
well. Pour ingredients into a lightly sprayed pie plate. 
Mix the corn  bread according to the directions;(Mix the
from scratch) with the sour  cream, cumin and garlic 
powder. Put the cornbread mixture on top of the  chicken 
mixture. Bake until cornbread is done at the temperature 
called  for on the box of cornbread mix.
