PINEAPPLE DRESSING
   1/3 cup sugar
   4 teaspoons cornstarch
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
   1/4 cup orange juice
   3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh, frozen, or canned
   2 beaten eggs
   2 3-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
   Combine
 sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan; blend in fruit juices. Cook, stirring 
constantly,
until thick and clear, about 5 to 8 minutes. Slowly stir into eggs. Return to 
saucepan
and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for a minute or until mixture 
thickens
slightly. Let cool 5 minutes. Beat into cream cheese. Chill. If you like, swirl 
with
drained crushed pineapple at serving time.  Enjoy.
