Pineapple Pie
Ingredients:
1 pkg.    (8 oz.) Philadelphia® cream cheese 
1/2 cup       confectioners' sugar 
1 can     cherry pie filling 
1 large can  each chunk pineapple, drained; crushed pineapple, drained 
1            graham cracker crust 
enough        Cool-Whip®
Directions
       Beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth.  Add 1/2
can of pie filling and the can of crushed pineapple.  Fold in Cool
Whip.  Pour into crust.  Use pineapple chunks around outer rim of
pie to form a circular dam.  Pour other 1/2 of cherry pie filling in
center.  Refrigerate until firm.  Cherry pie filling can be
substituted for with strawberry or other flavored filling.
