30 minute chili
2 lbs ground beef
2 cups chopped onion
2 cans (16 oz each) chili beans, undrained
2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup, undiluted
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
chopped green pepper
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

In a large saucepan, brown beef and onion, drain.  Add the next 7  
ingredients; bring to boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 
minutes  or until 
thick and bubbly.  Garnish with peppers, cheese, and sour  cream.
