Ginger Ale Crockpot Roast Beef
Ingredients:
1 lb.      peeled baby carrots
1 lb.      new potatoes cut in half
1 pkg.    instant onion soup mix
4 cups   ginger ale or use a ginger ale made with splenda to
withstand the heat
1-1/2 lb.      beef or pork roast (or your favorite cut of
beef or pork)
              OR 1 8-lb. frozen boneless turkey
breast or 4 chicken breast (what size         your cooker
will hold) or use stew beef
Directions:
       Place vegetables on bottom of cooker.  Add meat,
then cover with onion soup mix.  Add ginger ale to cover.  (This
will foam up, but let foam die down to add more.)  Cook covered on Low
8 - 10 hours.  This is also good when using stew beef.  Just use the
meat you like.  Makes 4-6 servings
