Yummy Vegetables
Ingredients
2 cups   vegetables, cooked just until firm (your choice) 
2 slices       bacon, minced 
1/4 cup       each cooling liquid from vegetables, vinegar 
1/2 cup       granulated sugar 
1/4 tsp.       each salt, celery seed 
2 tbsp.  onion 
1 tbsp.   each celery, chopped; vegetable oil 
1 tsp.     cornstarch, dissolved 
Directions
       Fry bacon.  Add sugar, vinegar and liquid.  Add
vegetables and spices.  Simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.  When
cooked, add cornstarch.
