MUSHROOMS This is not really a recipe, but thought I would pass it along anyway. When I am using fresh mushrooms, (all the time) I find I have some left over, sometimes lots, and sometimes not. When I feel that I will not be using mushrooms for a long time, I clean the left over ones, slice them, & put them in plastic baggies, and freeze them. They are wonderful to use for any dish that calls for mushrooms. Sauces, soups, pizza, pastas, & even salads.
