Italian Parmesan Potatoes

3 medium Russet potatoes, unpeeled and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
2 tsp olive or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
2-3 tbsp shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to dg450.   Cut 14-inch square sheet of foil.  Place
potatoes in center.

In small bowl combine oil, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and
paprika.  Drizzle over potatoes.  Stir gently to coat.  Wrap securely
with foil, using double-fold seals.

Place foil packet of potatoes on baking sheet.  Bake at dg450 for
40-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.  Remove packet from oven.
Open packet and stir gently before sprinkling with cheese.  Return
packet to oven and bake an additional 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is
melted.

Yield 4 servings.
