Oven-Fried Herb Chicken

1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 egg
1 tsp water
8 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves

Heat oven to dg450.  Line a 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking sheet with
foil.  Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In small bowl combine corn flake crumbs, salt, garlic powder, paprika
and red pepper.  Mix well.

In separate small bowl beat egg white and water until frothy.

Spread chicken in baking pan.  Brush with egg white mixture, then
sprinkle with crumb mixture.

Bake at dg450 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender and
juices run clear.
