BROASTED POTATO WEDGES           1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix oil & spices well.
Use 8 unpeeled baking potatoes, washed & cut into wedges.
Roll in oil mixture & put in shallow baking pan, 13 x 11 inches.
LAY IN SINGLE LAYER.
Sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
I peel my potatoes.
