FRENCH BEAN AND CORN SALAD 4-ounce French beans 4-ounce potatoes 4-ounce corn 2 carrots, julienned (4-ounces) A few tender lettuce leaves, chopped For the seasoning: 3-teaspoon vinegar 1-teaspoon mustard powder Salt and sugar, to taste 1-teaspoon oil String the French beans and cut them diagonally. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil corn till tender. Mix vinegar, mustard powder, sugar, salt and oil. Combine French beans, carrots, potatoes and corn in a bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over the salad and stir. Garnish with lettuce leaves. A Great Meal Idea!
