Chocolate Caramel Walnut Fudge

3 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
Dash of salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetened condensed milk 
and
salt. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla extract. 
Spread
evenly into foil-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours until firm. Cut 
into
small pieces.
Makes 2 pounds.  Enjoy.
