Lemon Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
4  eggs
3/4 cup Wesson oil
3/4 cup water
1 T. lemon juice

Combine  all ingredients with dry cake mix. Pour into greased oblong cake 
pan. Bake at  350 for 30 minuets. Spread with topping while still warm.
 Topping: Blend together 2 cups powdered sugar, lemon rind and lemon  juice 
plus water to moisten.
