Buckeye Cookie Bars 1 18.25 oz. pkg. chocolate cake mix 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 1 c. chopped peanuts 1 14-oz. can Sweetened Condensed milk 1/4 c. peanut butter
Preheat oven to dg350. Combine cake mix, oil, egg. Beat at medium speed until crumbly. Stir in peanuts. Reserve 1-1/2 cups crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of a greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan. In medium bowl, beat condensed milk with peanut butter until smooth. Spread over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until set. Cool and cut into bars.
