Quick Chili Rice Dinner

3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion.  Drain fat and add spices, corn, green pepper
and tomato sauce.  Cover and bring to a boil.  Stir in rice.  Reduce
heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheese just before
serving.
