GELATIN RICE SALAD
   1 package raspberry or lime gelatin
   1 cup boiling water
   2 cups cooked rice, drained and sweetened
   1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
   1 cup whipped cream
   Dissolve
 gelatin in boiling water. Add rice. Chill for 2 to 3 hours so rice will take up
flavor of the gelatin. Blend pineapple and whipped cream into gelatin mixture. 
Serve
on crisp lettuce.  Enjoy.
