Sausage And Rice Casserole 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 cup rice (regular or minute) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 onion chopped 1 cup celery chopped Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Brown sausage. Add celery and onion/ Cook til tender. Add soups and mix well. Grease baking dish. Pour mixture into dish. Bake 1 hour.
