Salsa Picante-Elizabeth's

 

Makes about 2 c.

 

Can be made as spicy or as mild as you wish.

 

For smoother consistency, mix in a blender for just a few

seconds.

3 tomatoes, chopped

2 T minced onion

2 jalapeno peppers;  minced (remove seeds)

1  garlic clove, minced

1/2 t vinegar

Dash of cumin

cilantro (optional)

 

Mix all ingredients together.

Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
