SOUR CREAM PIE  (BAYOU CUISINE 1970)

 

4 Egg Yokes

1 cup Sugar

2 heaping TBSP Flour

2 cup Sour cream or Pet Milk

1 TBSP Butter

1/3 tsp ground Cloves

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup chopped Pecans

1/3 cup Raisins

 

Combine dry ingredients in a double boiler. Add milk or sour

cream and vanilla. Cook on low heat until thick. Add nuts and

raisins. Cool. Add vanilla. Spoon into small pie shells. Top with

whipped cream and chill until serving. Makes 6 to 8 small

pies....
