Lance, I know you wrote this to Laurie but if you don't mind I'll add my 2 cents worth.
Why do you feel the system is providing you with words to say? Do you look deeper at
why people get upset
with the words you use or do you immediately blame the 'system' without wondering if
they are justified or
not?
As far as perception is concerned, perceptions can change as a result of a change of
words, actions or laws
or all of the aforementioned.
