I wonder if it was difficult for this reviewer to see...staring down his
upturned nose like that.....

DANCE

       Bangarra Dance Theatre

       Queen Elizabeth Hall, London SE1
  WITHOUT its Aboriginal badge this company
  of nine dancers would never have made it
  halfway around the world. Except for its ethnic
  credentials, Bangarra is a run-of-the-mill
  contemporary dance group.

  Its derivative, generic style is no more distinctive
  or memorable than dozens of others which will
  never achieve the sort of high profile that has
  turned Bangarra into an Australian ambassador
  for multiculturalism.
