yes, it is the case that the buffer time grow constantly during this
high CPU load.

I have an additional note for the seeking problem. When seek is called,
the video starts playing too fast.

this may result in the fact that Red5 sends the video as fast as possible
to the client.  You should see your buffer time grow constantly during this
high CPU load.

We don't have bandwidth control yet, however this is scheduled for the next
release.
